75 acres (30 hectares) in an ideal climate, 500 meters high and next to the touristic municipality of Guayabo de Bagaces. It has 3 entrances: 1 at river level, another in the center of the property and another at the other end of the more than 1000 meters of public road frontage. Possibility of future segregation. The farm has a master management plan to transform it into an eco-sustainable and productive triple-purpose Project:

• Livestock: 24 dedicated hectares with 60 paddocks, totally independent and connected by a road network, with an electric fence already installed in more than 10 linear km and water for the cattle available through an internal water distribution network to each of them. Designed for Holistic and Voisin herding.

• Agriculture: 3,500 square meters dedicated to a sustainable vegetable garden and a variety of vegetables. 2 hectares of edible tropical forest, on the slope that goes down to the river. Nancy forest on the slope reserved for ecotourism that can also be exploited to produce wine. 3500 square meters of Cuba 22 grass for the Cattle.

• Eco-tourism: 4 hectares reserved for an Eco-tourism project with cabins on the hillside, with impressive views of the Miravalles Volcano.

ROADS

The internal roads are well maintained as well as the entire contour of the electric fence and the borders.

CORRAL
